For thirty years, Mo Kraut has been involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution. From direct negotiation to arbitration to voluntary and mandatory mediation, securing a settlement that is fair and reasonable has been the goal.
In December 1999, The South Carolina Council for Conflict Resolution in cooperation with the ADR Section of the South Carolina Bar and the University of South Carolina acknowledged that Maurice Kraut completed Circuit Court Civil Mediation Training. Mo is a Certified Mediator in South Carolina. He has attended thousands of mediations, settlement conferences and negotiations in his career.
We specialize in attending mediations for Insurance Companies, Private Corporations and through law firms as liaison between local clients and corporate headquarters and their carriers.
We also are available to serve as mediator between all parties in dispute. Mediation subjects have included General Liability, Professional Liability, Automotive and Trucker's Liability, Construction Defect and a wide range of other civil disputes.
